VIVA Book Proposal - February 2007

VIVA!: Art, Education and Politics in the Americas
A Proposal for a Bilingual Book and DVD

Brief description

Tips for how to use the Message Board

The Message Board is a place to communicate with VIVA partners. When you make a new page, it's like leaving a note or starting a conversation. You can respond to messages by adding a comment at the bottom, and then check back in regularly to see if your comment has been responded to or not!

And here’s how:
1. Click on “create content” in the navigation menu.

2. Select “forum topic.”

3. Enter all required information (denoted by a red asterisk): Subject, Language, Categories, and Body. (You can add images to forum topics by using the “image assist” icon. See “How to add an image to a page you are creating/editing” in this handbook for detailed instructions.)

Feedback Form

Please find a feedback form below for you to respond to each book chapter draft. We'll be using these to begin a dialogue around each chapter during our meeting in Chiapas. They will serve as the foundation for our chapter revisions.

You can download a Word document version of the feedback form near the bottom of this page. Or, you can copy and paste the questions from here:

3) Social science professionals and community development workers

Staying warm in Chiapas
